| 1. This programs is a service for all adults. |
| 2. Must live within the city limits. |
| 3. Call between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m., to schedule an appointment. Same day service. |
| 4. The cost is $2.00 to get on the van and an additional $1.00 for each stop. |
| 5. The van only runs within the city limits. For example, it will take you to the grocery store, doctors office, pay your bills, and department stores. |
